Company description Terntank conducts trustworthy and safe tanker shipping. With a modern, environmentally safe fleet Terntank works in a close cooperation with their customers. Established on the island of Donsö in 1958, operating one dry cargo ship, Terntank now operates their chemical/product tankers from Skagen in Denmark.

LNG Competence description In November 2013, Terntank ordered two of the next generation tanker ships. Terntank extended the order in April 2014 to a total of four. The first vessel was delivered in 2016. The addition of these state-of-the-art ships reflects the most significant expansion of Terntank ever. These new vessels are equipped with dual fuel engines, running on both LNG and diesel, and are specially designed for trading in ECA 2016. With advanced technology Terntank can ensure bunker reductions of 8 tonnes per 24 hours. TernTank’s vessels have been designed by Rolls Royce in Norway (Hull), with engines from Wärtsilä (Finland) and were built in China by AVIC Dingheng Shipbuilding Ltd.
