Valuable learning experience: LNG training in Gdansk!

Special training, offered by Baltic Sea Region (BSR) Competence Centre, will take place in Gransk on 7th March 2018. Come, explore new ideas, share an experience and develop cooperation possibilities!


The scope and composition of training will cover properties, threats and operations related to LNG and ways in which the LNG can be used as a fuel or a source of heat or cold, as well. Participants from BSR countries, representing providers of LNG technologies, LNG suppliers, science institutions, maritime authorities, shipowners, will assemble to learn about best practices involving LNG in energy and transport sectors.


The event will be associated with International Conference "Transport Week 2018" which surely will give additional opportunities of B2B meetings.

The BSR LNG Competence Centre, as well as BSR LNG Cluster, was established on 26th April 2017 in Vilnius. These international cooperation platforms aim at facilitating the growth of innovation, technologies and infrastructure in the area of LNG, brings together educational and science institutions in order to create a specific network which will enhance access to LNG technologies and enable the improvement of knowledge, as well as strengthening the critical mass of LNG specialists, which is imperative for the development of LNG technologies in the BSR.
